We are hiring an admin specialist to support our underwriting and relationship management workflows. Your job is to ensure submitted merchant accounts are complete, accurate, compliant-ready, and properly documented before final review. You will coordinate document collection, validate application data, review websites, and keep Monday.com/workflows updated so execution is fast, consistent, and trackable.

Key Responsibilities

1) Pre-Underwriting Quality Control (Application Review)

  • Review submitted applications for completeness and accuracy
  • Validate key fields (business details, ownership info, address, processing volume, banking details)
  • Identify inconsistencies, missing data, and risk flags; document findings clearly

2) Document Management & Package Preparation

  • Verify required documents are present, readable, and up to date
  • Organize and label files consistently (PDF handling is essential)
  • Maintain a clear checklist per account: what’s complete / what’s missing
  • Prepare a final underwriting package + short summary note for review

3) Website Review & Basic Compliance Checks

  • Review merchant websites using a standardized checklist
  • Identify missing policies/pages and obvious compliance gaps
  • Produce a concise outcome: compliant / non-compliant / missing items, with notes

4) Follow-Ups & Coordination (Chasing)

  • Request missing documents/information using approved templates and workflows
  • Track outreach attempts, responses, and next steps in Monday.com
  • Escalate unusual cases or repeated non-responsiveness to department leads

5) Admin Support & Workflow Updates

  • Update Monday.com tasks, statuses, owners, due dates, and notes accurately
  • Perform structured data entry and updates in internal systems/CRM as required
  • Create/update agreements and confirm proper storage and linkage
  • Support backlog clean-up and operational projects as assigned

Required Skills

  • Policy: Payment is made per completed control. Whether a control takes 30 minutes or 60 minutes to verify, the payout remains $7.00. This model rewards expertise and efficient execution.
